Open Door Living Association, Inc is a hybrid organization with multiple clinical and educational arms. Each division focuses on a developmental milestone and provides specialized care for clients at pivotal stages across the lifespan—a nonprofit mental health clinic and education center built on empirical study, community building, and multiculturalism. Our vision is to establish and hone practical and actionable support services to become the preeminent guidepost for the global adoption of a multicultural and inclusive treatment approach to psychological services.

Our mission is to deliver quality mental health and disability services as we work to bridge the gap in quality mental health, disability and educational services for underserved communities.

Goals

Our Goals are to deliver quality culturally contextual mental health care programs to reduce barriers that inhibit access and treatment among traditionally marginalized groups within the United States and globally. We aim to deliver services using a multidisciplinary model that puts the client first. We employ a diverse team of practitioners mutually invested in providing culturally component care. By providing clinically proven services infused with an understanding of the barriers specific to each client's unique circumstances, we hope to enable and increase the likelihood of improved functioning.

The brain-child of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), MA, TLLP, Mya Ndiaye; Open Door Living Association, Inc (ODLA, Inc) and its subsidiaries is committed to building community and bridging the gap in access to high-quality professional mental health care for individuals and families in at risk and underserved communities. 

 

At Open Door Living Association, we are intentional about cultivating a team environment of mutual respect that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skill sets. We employ a diverse team of practitioners that are mutually invested in providing culturally responsive care.

 

Our skilled practitioners and staff provide a welcoming environment for both clients and their families.  Where we offer a unique clinical experience characterized by culturally responsive ABA therapy, mental health, Montessori education and disability services that affirm the dignity, worth, and value for all individuals that we serve.
